eVouchers will be emailed to your recipient email address upon completing your order (should be in a matter of minutes). Plus there’s no delivery fee!
If you find your eVoucher hasn't been received please check your spam folder and/or if sending to a workplace or government email address the company or service provider may be blocking our email.
Please contact us with an alternative email address in which we can resend your eVoucher.
Refunds, Order Cancellations or Modifications
Any refunds, order cancellations or modifications to an order resulting in an adjustment of the amount due to Baby Bunting will be applied to the original eVoucher within 1 business day.
Using your eVoucher
eVouchers are redeemable online and must have a unique 17 digit code that is located on the back of the top of your eVoucher.
eVouchers are redeemable for merchandise only and are not redeemable for cash.
eVouchers can be used for multiple transactions online until the total amount of the eVoucher is fully redeemed. Any remaining amount will be saved automatically in our system and ready for your next purchase. You can also combine different payment methods at 'checkout', which allows you to split your order and use an eVoucher with Credit Card to pay the total order amount.
eVoucher Balance
To check your eVoucher balance online, Go to "My Account" on the Baby Bunting web site and either login if you are registered customer or create a new account if you are a new customer. Once you have logged in select Gift Card on the left hand side from your "My Account" dashboard and enter your unique 17 digit code and select "Check status and balance". Your current outstanding balance will be displayed.
Expiration
Baby Bunting eVouchers are valid for a period of three years form the date of issue. eVouchers must be redeemed in full within the validity period; any unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry.
Lost or Stolen eVouchers
To report a lost or stolen eVoucher contact us or visit any of our stores. Please note eVouchers are to be treated like cash; an altered or lost voucher cannot be replaced, refunded or redeemed.

Conditions of Use
The eVoucher is issued by Baby Bunting Pty Ltd ABN (43 128 546 154). eVouchers are to be treated like cash; a defaced, altered, lost or stolen voucher will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. The voucher, once activated is redeemable for merchandise at Baby Bunting stores in New Zealand online or in Australia online and in store. The voucher is not redeemable for cash and is not a negotiable instrument. Valid until the earlier of three years from the date of issue or when no amount remains on the voucher. The voucher is partially redeemable and cash will not be given for any unused amount. Any unused amount after the expiry date of this voucher will not be refunded or credited.
